Transportation/shuttle

I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for transportation. We will need a limo to fit 14 to transport to reception at Saratoga National. I'm also considering having some sort of shuttle service to the hotel after. I haven't decided which hotels to block rooms at yet but the ones I've called so far do not provide any shuttle service. Saratoga National is kind of far out and I don't want everyone to have to take cabs. Any suggestions?

    We chartered a bus through Yankee trails at a very reasonable price.  You might give them a call and see what they could help you with.  And for the limo, google limo companies and just start calling.  Limos with 14 person capacity can go quickly so you just have to call around!

    We are getting married in may and need to transport people from Colonie to Glen Sanders Mansion in Scotia (because of Union College reunion weekend so cant block hotels) and we are using Yankee Trails.  They have been very nice so far and reasonable!
