Tailor/Seamstress recommendations near Syracuse/Ithaca area?

I am looking for a good seamstress to make some alterations to my wedding dress near the Ithaca/Syracuse/Elmira area..any suggestions? Or where should I stay clear of?

    sorry this is late, but I just had my dress altered at New York Bride by Eugene, he is such a hoot.  He and Nancy (head of alterations) were great to me and my dress.  Good luck!
