So, after playing phone tag with Walkers for two weeks about the issues I listed in my vendor review, they left a VM on my husband's work number. Essentially, they said that for the design issues, they had an "artistic license" statement in the contract saying that they can change the design with no notice (ugh, I wish we'd noticed this), and that the burning-hot-disgusting hot chocolate cupcakes were just the way they make them (then why were only SOME so bad they were inedible), and that they were sorry we were unhappy but the best they'd do is some free cupcakes.
I'm heated. Bah.
