My fiance and I made reservations for Belhurst castle for our wedding night AGES ago. I called at the 3 month mark and confirmed my reservation, and it was fine. We called today to see if we could extend our stay an extrat night, and the reservation has evaporated - last name and confirmation number are gone and they didn't take a deposit, and are completely booked (so, we have no place to stay in 28 days. Eff.)
I was warned they do this and disregarded it, but now I'm passing the warning along. If you book here, have a back up plan.
