Venues in Florida??

I'm getting married in the fall of 2013 and am in search for the perfect venue! I'd like a place that we can do the ceremony and reception. Anywhere in Florida is fine but I do NOT want a beach or a church. Any ideas? I've considered renting a vacation home but haven't found one that isn't a beach house. It also needs to accomodate about 100 people. Thanks!

Try your local Florida board. You can find it in the bar to the left. Since this isn't specific to Florida, it'll be hard to find people with details for what you want.

My sister got married at Pelican preserve in Ft Myers.  It is a retirement community clubhouse of all things but it was a nice area with an outdoor courtyard area that they had the ceremony.  I liked it and I don't think it is too expensive.  Agree that you should post on the local board though.

I live in Ocala, Florida and there is a BEAUTIFUL park called Sholom Park. My FI and I went there to do our Engagement pics and I have known a lot of ppl who have gotten married there. Its a beautiful park with a big koi pond with a walking bridge, lots of little garden
