I'm just getting ready to start searching for a florist, and needed those suggestions once again!

Iamjoesgirl--you had suggested the Country Florist.  Unfortunately, I can't contact her by phone because I'm in JAPAN, and they don't list an email address.  Would it be possible to send me their email via PM?

My future mother in law recommended this shop, which she has used in the past. I can't vouchfor them personally, since they didn't respond to  the online form that I filled out the first time and I just sent it again. I'll let you know how that works out. Obviously with you so far away communication is going to be key. The form linked below has a spot at the bottom where you can type in the fact that you are in Japan and need to communicate by email.

Meme's is in Corinth, right?  That seems a bit far but maybe their delivery charges aren't too much??  I also have seen Finishing Touches out of Bolton Landing recommended but I think I recall the Knottie who used them saying that the price was kind of on the high side.  I sent you the email address for Country Florist.  I sent Francine a picture of what I was looking for and my bouquet was nearly identical.  She did an awesome job!

I'm not getting married at Silver Bay but I'm a LG bride too.  We're checking out Price Chopper soon.  Was reccomended by our reception hall and several other knot ladies.
