Wedding dress cleaner recommendations- Albany

Hey ladies!

I just got married (1/7) in Queens but since I'm a grad student in Albany I was thinking it would be best to get my dress cleaned here ASAP.  I was wondering if anyone had positive experiences anywhere local? Thanks for any help!

I've called around at a cpl places, but the prices were several hundred. Today though I ordered through a place online called affordable preservations. They were recommended by the knot and wedding wire and had GREAT reviews. Their cost is only $149 (with shipping included). Definitely check them out!

When you order and pay, they mail out a "kit" to you that has an order form and a box in which to mail your dress to them. You can put your dress and up to 3 accessories (veil, ring pillow, garter, etc) in there. They clean and preserve everything and pack it into a nice box. Then they mail it back.
