i think you were the one who was looking for unusual venue ideas ... correct me if i am wrong.

have you thought about renting a boat on Lake George?  my friend is throwing a jack & jill bridal shower/party on one of them this August.  i believe she said it was about $3K and it includes a DJ and food.

might be an option.

    I have looked into it. Who is she going through? I contacted both Shoreline and LG Steamboat Company but they were kind of a pain to get answers from & seemed rude whenever I asked questions that their information booklet didn't include. I really do like the idea though. Thanks for the suggestion!
