Knoxville area baker

Hey girls,We are on a tight budget and were planning on doing the cake and cupcakes ourselves but I'm just really worried that it will be too much, too close to the wedding. So, I'm looking for a tasty, affordable baker in/near Knoxville to do either the cake or cupcakes. Any suggestions? TIA. ps - the wedding is 12/31/09

    Best cupcakes, supertasty, incredible, the best buttery flavor, pretty decoration is the Bakery Lady in Seymour (Boyd's Creek) 865-579-5433. I believe they're not expensive at all, call her. But not her cakes; sorry to say so, because even though, the flavor is delicious they come apart.

    We're also on a budget, and we've decided on Magpies mini cupcakes. They run about $12-$14 per dozen, and taste spectacular! We're figuring 2 per person since they're so rich. I'd stop in to chat and taste if you haven't made up your mind yet.
