Hello,
I'm getting married at Norris Lake in September.  Looking into having our dinner catered for our small wedding dinner/reception of 40-50. 

Not being from the area looking for suggestions.

I can't name anywhere specifically off the top of my head, but I would look at caterers in the Knoxville area, which isn't too far away from Norris Lake.  Or you might want to look at some restaurants/caterers in Clinton or Oak Ridge. I know there's a couple of restaurants (Harrison's and I think the other place is called Golden Girls or something) right off the Clinton/Norris exit.
