Knoxville area venue suggestions?

I'm planing a small probably 50 people or less speak-easy 1920-30's theamed wedding. I really can't find a venue that has a classy speak-easy feel to it. Anyone have any ideas?

We are hoping we can have both the short (10-15 min)ceremony there as well as the reception. Alcohol is a must, either served there or we can bring it in. I'm happy to have outside caterers (B-B-Q/ southern fare).

Dosen't even have to be in Knoxville anywhere in the surrounding area is fine. Any suggestions are welcome!

Have you looked into the Tennessee Theatre or the Bijou? I'm pretty sure both of them do weddings.

The down side to both of them is you have to rent the whole theater. I've looked at both and they just aren't in budget at 6,000+ just for the venue alone. I could maybe swing it if it included tables/chairs/lighting/ect but that's for the building alone.

I got a price list from the Bijou & I don't think it comes out to $6,000
To rent the venue for the day is $2,000
    Event Manager is $150
Even Staff is $18 per hour
Even Security is $30 per hour with a mandatory 4 hours
    Cleaning is $300
Tech Director is $25 per hour
    Follow Spots are $150
Lighting package w/ house plot is included
    Lighting package custom is $500
Sound base w/ 2 mics is included
full sound system starts at $1,000

Elizabeth Claire's may be an idea.  It's a recently renovated 1920's building in downtown Clinton. I'm not sure about pricing or alcohol though. It may be worth a look anyway.

The price list they gave me on location is very different. TN Theater pricing is avalible online and is $6000 for the building alone and may not be available for our date anyway. Thank you though!

If you're willing to go a little out if town, you can check out Capitol theater in Maryville. It's too small for us, but it's super cute for a speak-easy theme! :) GL!

Have you checked out the Old City Entertainment Venue? They have information on Metro Pulse's website.
