Anyone purchase (or FI) your engagement ring from Genesis diamonds? What was your experience? A store just opened here in and I have heard only good things. TIA.

    They are GREAT. My FI and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We live in Memphis and drove the 3 hours to Nashville several times. Their customer service is amazing. I couldn't have imagined purchasing my ring elsewhere. Go for a visit, you'll love it.

    They just opened up a store in Louisville, KY (where we are currently living) and that's where my FI got my ring. I didn't get to go to the store with him (since it was all a surprise) but he seemed really pleased with the customer service, selection and prices. They even gave us a jewelry cleaning thing! I think they are pretty good, from our experience. Good luck!
