Best bakeries in Memphis

I did a google search for bakeries and came up with a few, but I was wondering if anyone knew of some bakeries that don't have websites and If possible what was your experience with with them.

Depends on what you are looking for.
I know a lady who does amazing desserts at very responsible price. 
Gourmet cup cakes with fresh ingredients
and even alcohol and wine infused strawberry platters (she's making me some for bachorlette party.) She's also doing my groom's cake.  Everything I've had from her has been good.
