Wedding Dress Shopping in Nashville?

I live in Memphis, but I am getting married next April in NW Georgia. I want to start shopping for my wedding dress, but it is so complicated to plan a weekend home or for my mom to come out here. Nashville is a 3-hour drive for both of us, so I think it'd be a good place to meet and look for dresses. Any suggestions? Any places to avoid?

Haven't shopped at all myself yet, but everyone keeps telling me to go to Arzelle's.

Bridal warehouse is a good one too. but it is north of Nashville in Goodlettesville, outside of the Rivergate area.

Definitely depends on budget so check out the designers that each store carries!

I got my dress at Faccio in Cool Springs but also shopped at Bride Room and Arzelles.  I had the best overall experience at Faccio in terms of friendliness, helpfulness and dress selection.  They were absolutely amazing.

I went to Arzelle's, they didn't have any Chiffon dresses and the dresses were mostly over $1,200

I would highly recommend Petals and Lace off of Charlotte Pike!!! They took the time to really make me feel very special and knew their stuff. They also helped me figure out what kinds of styles I liked and offered to order a dress that they thought would be perfect, and said if it wasn't perfect then they would switch it out.

I think your experience there will be one you will love!!!

Thanks for suggestions. I think my budget is about $1300 or lower. Out of the ones listed above, where could I find the best selection in my price range?

I shopped The Bride Room and loved it.  Bought my dress there.  I also shopped at Arzelle's (great experience) and at b.hughes (not impressed).

Anyone have any experience with Village Bridal? They carry a couple of designers within my budget.
