Bridal Bootcamp?

Anyone know of something like this in the Nashville area?  I need major help and fast!!

    I don't know of an actually bridal bootcamp but the maryland farms ymca offers a bootcamp class. They also have a high intensity training class which is the same thing but inside. I take the HIT class and love it. I have def. gotten results fast along with eating healthy. The lastest session just started and its 3 months for the price of 2!

    Yeah, I was going to recommend the Y's bootcamp too.

    also try doing water aerobics and fitness classes at The Coleman Community Center costs only $2 each day you go.. or pay $14  month.  they have Zumba, Water Zumba, Aerobics, Weightlifting, Belly dancing.  The Water Aerobics is really something, I 'v e been doing it for a few weeks now, trying to get in shape for my Oct wedding.

    MMA Fittnes on Lebanon Rd, in Donelson. Ask for Damon...Best personal trainer in Nashville, also does bootcamps.
