Venues in Tri-Cities area of TN

I need a venue that includes ceremony AND reception, allows outside catering, and has an option for an outside ceremony.

I have a tight budget of under $1,000 so I know it's probably a long shot, but my wedding is July 21st and the place I wanted just filed for bankruptcy and may or may not allow me to have it there so I am freaking out.

Hey...have you tried the Renaissance Center in Kingsport? They have some beautiful rooms that they rent out and cost anywhere from $20-$25/hr. Thats where I'm having my Vow Renewal/Reception.

Have you checked with the Carnegie Hotel in Johnson City? That's where my wedding is in June.

Allendale mansion is pretty cheap too that's where I'm getting married
