    Thanks for posting this.  You may have saved someone's Wedding Reception from making the 10 o'clock news because everyone got sick.  I know some people that cater out of their homes but I would never recommend them.  Not because their food isn't good but because they usually aren't insured or know all the rules for food preparation, etc.
