    I'm not from Nashville, but this blog is constantly doing reviews of all different sorts of vendors. It would at least give you a starting point...

    Are you set on a downtown location for a particular reason?  What are you looking for, or, what's important to you?   There are a ton of different options here.

    If you want something trendy look at One Eleven or Aerial. 

    Downtown is filled with great venues from the Hermitage Hotel to War Memorial with dozens of great hotels, museums and art galleries.   There is a choice for every style.
