Though my husband and I did not arrange for the reception (the new in-laws had agreed to take care of that...and then disappeared when the bill arrived!!), nor did we contract with the vendor in any way regarding the reception for our daughter; we entered the "Nightmare Zone" in dealing with this company! What a disaster!! The vendor delivered wilting flowers, not everything ordered was present, the bouquets were actually dangerous with straight pins and wire stabbing the girls' hands and ruining a very expensive dress with terrible snags! THEN...there was the food...Awful!! Cold, slimey chicken, cold ham, a missing dish, tasteless food and not served as ordered! There was NO coordination for the event at all and my own sister and daughter spent the day of the rehearsal cleaning the place and the tables & chairs!! At the end of the night my beautiful daughter, who had waited her whole life for this, was in tears in her wedding gown in the parking lot!!... DO NOT USE SANDRA & CO!!!!
