Need help finding a caterer that can make various ethnic foods

I do not live in nashville but my wedding will be in brentwood/nashville. For food, we are trying to have a variety of cocktail food, with indian food, chinese, maybe itailen as well? We originially wanted all indian food but our familieis are boring... :) any ideas who we could ask? Or how to make this happen?

    That might be a tough thing to find if you want really well made, authentic foods of various ethnicities. If you're just looking for something varied and possibly Americanized, pretty much any caterer could work with you for that.

    If you end up doing just Indian though, Woodlands does a great job. They can set up a dosa bar at your event! Their food is amazing!

    You might find three different people to do food, if you can't find one who can tackle everything. I'm not in that area, so I don't have suggestions, but maybe you can find an Indian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and another caterer who will work with you.
