I do not know if your interested but here is knoxville videographer. She is really cheap. And she isn't cheesy, which is what we were looking for.

Basically any vendor in Knoxville will go to Pigeon Forge, typically for no additional charge. As for photographers...
Hope Photo is good (but $$). I know Wes and his wife who works as a second photographer. They are out of Maryville.
Nancy Hellsten is really good too and I believe a touch cheaper. She is out of Knoxville.
Shannon Stanfield is also good but I heard he wasn't taking on new clients. He is out of Knoxville.
As for Pigeon Forge itself. Gary Woods is a big local photographer based out of Sevierville. There are alot of not so great photographers who work out of the chapels so good luck. Im from there so if you have any specific questions, just sent me a PM.
As for wedding planner... think Knoxville. Another option is Picture Perfect Events.
