how to let guests know about blockouts

How did y'all let your guests know about the rooms you blocked out for them?  Is it customary to put this info on the invite?  My invites are very simple.  I'm not including a map card.Just wondering if this is a word of mouth thing or an invite thing.

    I included the information with the save the date. Maybe you can put the information on a small card (with paper similar to your invitations) and include it with the invites?

    The information was put on our website. Perhaps you can include a business card with the invite?

    Ours are on our wedding website, and we're putting the web address to the wedding website on the save the dates.

    I put the info on our save-the-date postcard and also on our website. The invitations just had a link to the website on our map insert.

    Ditto the above ours is in our wedding website which was linked in our Save the Date magnets...I might also create an insert in our invitations reminding them about the accomodations. Good Luck!

    We have an insert for accommodations to go along with our invitations. We also included our website at the bottom of the insert, and there's a page on accommodations on our website.
