How many at 72x30 table?

We aren't having any attendants so we will have a small round B&G table and then two 72x30 (I think?) banquet tables near for the Bride family and Groom family.  I just want to make sure these tables are big enough... anyone know how many they seat? Google has failed me! I have tried a few different search phrases and got nothing, arghTIA!

They say 8-10 seat at a 60" but I'm going with 8 per table for a little more elbow room. 66" seat 10-12 which I would go with 10, so I'd say a 72" would seat 12-14. I think if you have a buffet you can squeeze more people in at each table and with a seated dinner you will need a bit room room for the foraml settings. My family is kind of large boned, so the more room the better!!
