Booked my venue!!

Whew! What a relief. We have booked Laguna Gloria for June 6th (a Sunday) 2010! It is absolutely gorgeous there and the event manager, Erin, has been wonderful to work with so far! We chose a Sunday because we have found that a lot of vendors were willing to negotiate on their prices for Sunday weddings. I hear they are becoming a trend for the budget conscious brides!Now I am praying that next summer won't be as hot as the past couple of summers have been. *crosses fingers*

    That's the day after our wedding!  Yay!As for the weather- I tracked the farmer's almanac back like 15 years- it's rained (.1" in like '94) once and is usually in the low 90s.  This year it was up to 95.  And the crepe myrtles were almost in full bloom, too.  ;)
