Locations for photo shoot downtown area

I know it's been asked a million times so I apologize but I was wondering if you lovely ladies wouldn't mind telling me ONE MORE TIME where the "hot" spots are for photo shoots downtown. Mainly the "welcome to austin" wall and the walls with color. THanks so much!

The Welcome to Austin mural is actually in South Austin (though only a mile or so from the river) at S. First and Annie. The blue tile wall is between Austin Convention Center and I-35-- 3rd and Sabine I believe. Lots of people also do the Butler Park fountain and the area in front of the Long Center (Riverside & S. First) with the Austin skyline in the background.

There are tons of colored walls and stuff on South Congress too. For our engagement session, we started at the Welcome To Austin sign, walked up South Congress, and ended at the Long Center. It was a good little route. :)

Miss ejayne, I hope you read this! Thanks for suggestions on where to go for engagement session (thats what I'm looking for on the boards as well). We have a friend of ours taking our pictures for us, he and his wife are a team that normally do a lot of sporting events and also scenery.  They do a lot of quincineras (sp)?? as well, but not so many engagement sessions.  I noticed in your photos that you had a change of clothes... were your pictures done on different days or did you really change your outfits?  And where is that cool circular disco looking floor? =)
