save the date notes

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well! I am currently working on my save the dates. I bought a martha stewart invite kit and I'm using that for my save the dates. Basically, I printed the save the dates on the normal invitation paper and I was going to use the response cards as a space for people to send us back a nice note or draw a picture. I thought it would be a nice keepsake. Does anyone have any suggestions for wording for this? Will "We would love for you to draw a picture or send us a nice note. Love, Jacob and Danielle" suffice? Or is this just a bad idea in general? TIA! Danielle

IMO I don't think you will get many responses for adults to draw a picture. I know if I received that I would not have time to do it. Most adults think they're horrible artists anyway! Good luck!!

That's the kind of thing you would normally do at the reception, have you looked into having a wish tree? I agree with the PP, I love the sentiment but if someone asked me to draw them a picture I would find it sort of bizarre.

Yeah, after thinking about what y'all have said, that completely makes sense. I'm going to nix the idea. Thanks for your insight!
