Hi all,My fiance and I are desperately seeking another couple (or just a company/individual who needs a venue for an occasion) to buy out our House on the Hill contract for the weekend of 12.11.09. We have the venue booked for that weekend and have paid the first installment with the second due in November. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, however, we will likely not be able to make that November payment. We're looking to transfer the contract to someone else for potentially less than we're paying for it; if we are forced to cancel straight out, we will lose all the money we've already put down.
