Rent - a -dress!

Does anyone know of a good place to inquire at about renting a wedding dress?  I'm really trying to keep my dress cost down at this point, and I know I won't ever wear it again.TIA!

I'm not sure about renting, but if you're trying to keep the costs down I would definitely check out places like oncewed.com. Also, around November the bridal stores will start to have clearance sales on discontinued gowns, usually they go down to around half of their original price. Another thing to consider (depending on how elaborate you want your dress to be) is ordering a bridesmaid dress in white. HTH!

Classy Concepts.  It is in Round Rock.  I wish I had found them before I bought my dress.  Their dresses are wonderful and beautiful.  I used them to do my alterations.  The shop is really small but the employees are GREAT.  The owner does all the alterations.  RENT the dress.  I wanted to rent but didn't find a good shop until it was too late.

I second Classy Concepts:)  I am getting alterations done there as well and they seem to have a good selection of rental wedding dresses, they even alter those for you, while I was there a woman came in and tried on a dress with a zip back that was a little too tight for her, they offered that if she chose that one they would just make the back into a corset back so it fit better!   I was pretty impressed!

I search Craigslist sometimes and they have Designer wedding dresses for sale, usually around 300-700$.

Another option is to find the dress you love at the store, and then order the dress online from a distributor.  I got my Alfred Angelo dress from RK bridal (rkbridal.com) for $320 shipped to my house versus the $499 + tax retail they listed in the store.  Now it is all self service and there are no returns, but they were really fast (6 weeks) and I had no problems at all.  I know they carry a lot of different designers and there are other distributors out there as well.
