Christina Carroll Photography

Does anyone have any experience with Christina Carroll? I love love love the style of her work. I know she's a little on the pricey side, but I really can't find anyone else who does anything with that vintage vibe. Has anyone used her?

We are using her for our wedding and engagement session. We have our engagement session in a few weeks, I am very excited! Like you, she was the only one I could find with the style that I liked. Thankfully we booked her before her prices increased quite a bit, but if you like her work I would say she's definitely worth the price she is charging now. Another person you may want to check out (with lower prices) is Jessica Monnich. http://www.jessicamonnichphotography.com/blog/laguna-gloria-wedding/

We are using Christina. We booked her back in March and took our engagements in April. There is a photobook on our wedding website of all the pictures. So far our experience with her has been great. It takes about 3-4 to get any pictures posted on her blog after any session then another week before you receive the CD with images but she definitely has a great style. Also, we did find out later that her second photographer is actually the girl who runs 'forever photography'. If you go to her page, you will see alot of images from the same events and forever is actually more expensive than Christina. One thing I would maybe recommend if you book Christina is to not do your engagement session with her. I found this girl, Brandy Lewis, and she has a similiar style. She doesn't do weddings, but she will do engagement sessions. She only charges $100 (last I knew of..) and does amazing work too. That will definitely help save some money (say.. $400!!!) I would have used her myself but I didn't find her blog until months after our engagement session.Anyway, I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks! I'll check those out. I'm thinking about letting a family friend do our engagement shoot and not having a videographer in order to save the big bucks for Christina to do the bridals and wedding. :) Her photoshop skills are amazing!
