Last name - extra cost??

Does anyone know if its an extra cost for keeping FIRST MIDDLE MAIDEN MARRIED? I heard it varies state to state so I was just wondering if anyone has kept their full name and added married name.I plan to use my last name for business and married for everything else. I'm still tossing the idea around. My other option is dropping my first name and adding married name.  TIA!!

    Nope, no cost. I did this. The only thing is they made me choose 3 out of 4 to put on my DL... I've heard of other people being able to get all 4 names so it might just be luck of the draw. My SS card has all 4 names, CCs generally have First (Middle Initial) (Maiden Initial) Last.GL!
