Inexpensive downtown rehearsal dinner?

We are trying to plan our rehearsal dinner somewhere in the downtown area. The fiance wants Stubb's but I think it might be a little pricey for us. Anyone have any good suggestions? :) TIA!

BJ's Brewery, off of Brodie.  Mine and DH's friend's had theirs there and I highly recommend it.  They set them up in a side room basically set up like a buffet of pizza and salad for only the rehearsal dinner.  Some of the best pizza I have ever had.

Ironworks on Cesar Chavez, Habana on 6th St (reasonable if you don't do alcohol). Also, not downtown, but Rudy's is pretty inexpensive and great for groups.

Spaghetti Warehouse is great... right on 6th (I think) and their meals are menu based (so people have options) and you just pick what tier ya'll want to play.... My sisters wedding last year was less than 11/person...  It came with a non-alcoholic drink... then everyone just paid for their own alcohol.
