Vintage Villas overlooks Lake Travis. It is reasonably priced and has a great view of the lake.

I'm getting married at Natures Point in Lago Vista next year. The venue is BEAUTIFUL. Take a look at their website - the pictures don't do it justice though - you really need to go out there. The wedding coordinator there - Lindsay is amazing! They're having an open house on Sunday Nov 15th from 12-4 (the info is on their website). Pricing was very comparable to other venues around town/on the lake. (pricing is also on the website) Another plus - they have a great rain plan. You must check this place out! We had visited about 8 venues around town and this is the last one we went to and we instantly fell in love!

OH yeah - Fiesta Gardens too. It is part of the City of Austin facilities and goes by lotto, but I've never heard of anyone using it for a wedding/reception.

Nature's Point is gorgeous!  I agree, you definitely have to see it in person.  I didn't fall in love with it from the pictures, but something told me to just go see it...and it was then that I fell in love!  But, apparently I waited too long to go.  The first available wedding date was July 4th, and that crushed me!  :(We ended up finding Lakeway Resort and Spa, and it is just as beautiful!  The Vistas Ballroom is perfect, and the view is breathtaking!  Good luck!
