Invitation Pic Places

Were taking pictures for our invitations and I was wonderig if anyone had ideas where to take them. I know the capital, zilker park, 360 bridge, texas history muesum.  but does anyone else know of any good places.

    are you looking for pictures that you'll be in, or stereotypical "Austin" places to show off the city? 

    There's the Austin postcard mural at S 1st/Annie that's really popular for both portraits and 'austin' pictures, and of course the austin skyline.  there's a great view of it south of the river, at the little park (Butler, i think) near the Long Center on Riverside.  There's also the Stevie Ray Vaughn statue between Riverside and Town Lake (sorry - Lady Bird Lake) on Auditorium Shores. 

    other portrait locations that I use/like:
    Mayfield Park
    Zilker Botanical Gardens (cost $ to take portraits here)
    Downtown/Warehouse district
    Near the river by the 4 Seasons/Shoreline Grill
    South Congress
    French Ligation
    Arboretum
