Need highly recommended Austin DJ's!!

Hey ladies! I am running a little behind no getting our DJ booked. Mainly because we were tring to decide between band and DJ. Cannot afford a band - so need to get our DJ booked quick.

A few key words in a DJ we are looking for: Fun, spunky, into the crowd, etc. Would prefer someone who could help coordinate ceremony music and do a bit of mc - ing.

Would aprpeciate any good recommendations from your personal experiences(and price, if you remember!)

I am using Fred Bishop/Encore Entertainment. He was rec'd to me by another knottie. I was very pleased with him on our initial meeting because he was SO organized and asked a bunch of questions about things that I NEVER would have thought of. I am planning the wedding myself so I don't have anyone coordinating the day of, but he helped me put together a timeline and is going to keep things on track on the day of. His prices were cheaper than most other DJs I looked at, too.

Texas Pro DJ - probably not the cheapest - but Miles is really awesome - he was DJ at Jason Castro's (American Idol finalist) wedding in Dallas last summer. My bother knows Jason and he raved about the music - said he worked it like magic.
