The Hyatt Regency on the south side of Town Lake has a ballroom high up with a view of the city.  That's probably your best bet.

Zilker Clubhouse has an amazing view of Austin, but it's mostly outdoors so probably wouldn't work (and it is through a lottery so it might be hard to get). The Long Center has a great room that can be rented out that is glass from floor to ceiling and has an amazing view. It is pretty pricey though, I'm not sure what your budget is.

I've looked online at Headliners Club. It's at the top of the Chase building. That has good city views.

We were married at the Caswell House which is off 15th Street.

From the second floor balcony, there is a nice view of the state capitol.  Their rates are quite reasonable for as nice of a place.

Try The Long Center for Performing Arts thats where were having our wedding. Were actaully having the ceremony in the Orcesstra lobby there's enough space for about 100. The Kodosky Donor hall has room for 200. Its a great place to have a wedding and the view is perfect with the Ausitn skyline in the back ground.

We're having our wedding at Westwood Countryclub. Great view of Lake Austin if you are looking for that kind of scene. Otherwise, for skyline, Headliners and Long Center are your best bets.
