Photobooth

Is anyone getting a photobooth for the reception or does anyone have a recommendation for a good company to use?

my now hubby was strangely opposed to a photo booth, but i found one that i thought looked fun and passed the info to a good friend who got married a couple of weeks before me.  she ended up using him and the photo booth was a big hit:  trevor ray  http://photos.trevoray.com/. he does not do the traditional photobooth but rather puts up a background, props and takes photos himself.

I originally had Say Cheese! booked based on a great experience at a friend's wedding last year. However, after going to the Bridal Show and seeing all of the options, I changed vendors. We are now going with Booth66.

Todd at Say Cheese is GREAT to work with and their prices are great. I would still highly recommend them.

Booth66 just offered a larger photo booth so more people could get in. They also offered the 4x6 picture format which we preferred over the strip. Its just a personal preference though!

Our company used this photo booth for our holiday party and they were great too...

I bought a Groupon a while back for a photo booth for only $395! My FI absolutely wanted one and if the Groupon hadn't come along I don't know if we would have been able to swing it.  The name of the company is Max Photography.  The photo booth pics on his website are cute and other brides have posted good reviews. http://www.maxphotostudio.com/

I'll second Max Photography.  He has been very professional up to this point and his prices are very reasonable.

I used Say Cheese For Fun & they were awesome. Great price and easy to work with. I picked up some acrylic photo strip picture frames as well to use for escort card/favors and they were a big hit! I like the 'real' photo booth experience, and strips rather than the square prints and booths some other paces use. Also, you can find a lot of photographers who will add on this option for you, but that experience is not the same IMO as a real booth!

I used Max Photography as well. They were awesome, and it is an actual photobooth. They print two strips, one for the guest to keep and one to leave for the bride and groom. They provide a box of props for you and they'll let you add a logo or monogram to customize your photostrip. I really liked them because I needed them to set up a few hours before my reception started and they said this wasn't a problem and wouldn't be an extra charge or be part of my 4 hour time frame.

I like the real booths better too. I think people will take more fun/silly pics if there's no one watching.

I also got a Groupon for a photobooth from Magnolia Photo Booth. My wedding is in May so I can't comment on the service, but they have been great to work with so far!
