Could I get some recommendations? I can bring in my own liquor. So far I've been told The Barfly and Hill Country Events. Anyone use either of these? Thoughts? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

    you should check the bartending schools...they only charge 25/hr but they only supply the TABC licensed bar tender and i see that you said you can supply your own liquor so that should be great for you...HTH!!!!
