I was at JoAnn's in the Arbor Walk last night and they has a whole clearance rack of frames, which were missing the glass and backing. These would be ideal for the hanging frames photo area seen around the blogs or the picture frame wall...
They had all sizes and some great textured ones as well! Great for spray painting!
