Place Card help

I'm working on my place cards tonight through a template from Hobby Lobby, but its very confusing!  Did anyone else use this template?  Any suggestions for a different one?

Hi I got 4x4" place cards that are pre-scoured from my venue.  I was trying to print them cause our handwriting is terrible but my inkjet printer wont' pickup the tiny paper. it's too short i think and keeps jamming. I finally got it to work by taping the 4x4 card individually on a regular 8x11 printer sheet and it goes through and printed ok.  and then carefully take the tape off each. what a pain in the butt.  But it looks a lot better than trying to hand write it and the ink and font matches all our other signs,menus, programs etc. not sure if this helps.  Also I did by avery clear address labels that fit also on the cards if you want to print them all at once and just put them on the direction cards. hope this helps.  these crafts have been taking up most of my time pretty stupid
