Planner/Coordinator Recommendations, Please!

Hi Everyone,

We've set a date and have our ceremony spot (Mayfield Park), and have come to terms with the fact that it'll be impossible to plan this thing without some outside assistance

Can anyone suggest a good wedding planner/coordinator in Austin?  Specifically, we will definitely need day-of coordination, possibly month-of.  Not sure...Thoughts?

i'm using becky sosa with stress free events for day of coordination (www.stressfreeevents.net). she's been wonderful so far!

You should also look at "Leave the Details to Me". Keri Wootton is the owner and primary coordinator and she does amazing work! She taught the wedding coordinator class I took at ACC. Her web address is http://www.leavethedetails2me.com/  I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Thanks everyone!  It's too funny - I assumed there would be consensus around a few different options, but you all have different planners and love them.  I'll definitely start calling around today or tomorrow - just another exciting part of the process!

I second Rachel Stepanov from Buon Affare. She's my coordinator and I just love her!!! She is so helpful and is always organized and on top of things. She is also very affordable!

I'm using Stephanie from Your Wedding, Your Way.  She's wonderful.  My sister used her for her wedding and it was absolutely beautiful!  My sister was as relaxed as she could possibly be on her wedding day (considering she was about to get married that is...).  She's been an absolute doll for our wedding.  I'm using her for full service, but I'm pretty sure her day-of is only like 500 or something.  here's her site.  www.ywywaustin.com Good luck!
