Choosing a caterer...Help!

Hi All!
We booked Vista on Seward Hill for our wedding and they give us the option of 5 caterers: Sterling Affairs, Austin Catering, Pascals, Crave Catering, and Catering by Rosemary.  We live in Houston so it will be difficult to go to tastings of all 5, so we are trying to narrow it down to just a couple to taste test next time we visit...basically, just curious if anyone has any advice (good or Bad) about those caterers and which ones we should visit (and which ones we shouldnt!)

IMO - Sterling is the top choice for the ones you listed. They have great food and impeccible service but you will pay more for them. Crave is good - they cater our property holiday party every year and always have good food. Nothing super exciting with them. I've also tasted Catering by Rosemary before and it was good - seemed more 'home cooked' in nature. Pascals I've been told by my coordinator can be difficult to work with, and we found them to be unresponsive when trying to get pricing from them when we decided on a caterer. HTH a bit. Good luck!
