Marriage License Question...sorry, probably a dumb one!

My FI and I are from out of state. He doesn't have his birth certificate down here (I find out today)...and has no idea if he knows where it is. What are the documents required to get a marriage license?

I think in Travis County it is only one government issued ID, so a drivers license or passport would work.

I think you need your social and driver's license but I'm pretty sure you have to get it from the city he was born in.
