A good friend of mine is pro-photographer and she's offered to do a spontaneous "We did it shoot" for us. Problem is... I found out yesterday, and she wants to do it Saturday. Are any of you talented knotties able to do hair for reasonable prices? I used Alex at Edelweiss for my wedding but it took a long time and was more than I want to spend just for portraits on Saturday. I just want a really simple chignon, but I have really thick, really heavy, really long hair (read: lots of stick straight, Asian hair to my waist).
