affordable ceremony music

Any ideas/suggestions/reviews for ceremony music?  The venue is outside so we can't do a piano or organ...

hi! My bestie used this acoustic guitarist and I am now going to have him at my wedding! He is fantastic! He also is apart of a band called acoustic jungle. We are actually going to have him perform at the ceremony as a soloist and he and the band dring cocktail hour and dinner. His name is Ryan Waguespack. He is fantastic! He and his band Acoustic Jungle also play at Manuels on Congress for brunch (not sure how often). But I am so excited he was available for my wedding! Really nice guy too!

Sarinda String Quartet - they have samples of music on line - college kids out of San Marcos. Good and reasonable. Friends have used them and they create beautiful music - tho' I have seen posts that due to being in classes - they are not the easiest to get a hold of.

Based on the price for Sarinda Strings, I tried contacting them repeatedly both by phone and email and never heard back from them. This was over the course of a month that no one ever got back to me. Yes, their price is great compared to other string quartets in the area but if I can't get ahold of them just to get a quote and ask some questions, well what would happen on the day of the wedding?

We ended up booking Angelic Strings- a harp and viola husband wife duet. I've been very please with them so far and they sound great.

I had Stephen Bright (Cathedral Guitar) and we were really happy with him.  He sounded beautiful outside and was very professional.  He is a classical guitarist, but learned modern songs for us.  He was super afforable.  I'd highly recommend him!
