Bachelorette Party- Hotel Dilemma

I am planning a Bachelorette Party for my best friend in Austin. She told which hotel she wants to stay at. I'm going to reserve a room for myself and the bride and paying for it. I do not want to reserve the other rooms for the guests under my name and credit card but how do i word it on the invitations to book your own rooms without sounding too demanding?

I would write accomodations: hotel xyz, then underneath write please make reservations by date and mention bride's name.
If you are antcipating a few rooms to be booked, talk to the hotel manager and ask them to put the rooms close to each other and when others call to make appointment mention the bride's name. (this way it shows you have planned it, but they are responsible to pay)

I totally agree with TX-Bride. That would be perfect and polite.

When contacting the hotel ask about making a "room block" (I work at a hotel btw). you request a certain number of rooms to be "held" under your name (or the brides name, whichever) and cc, but after a certain date if no one in your party has reserved the rooms they are "dropped" (like you block 5 and only 3 get reserved, then the 2 are dropped and not charged to you) if you get enough rooms they might give you a price cut on them as well. Def request to have them next to each other because sometimes they won't do it automatically!
