Bartender for less

I'm looking for a TABC approved bartender.  We have a way to get the wine and beer at a low price and plan to buy it all ourselves.  However, we need a bartender.  How much are we going to have to shell out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW: Found a DJ for just $399!! So I can't see paying more then that for a guy to just serve beer and wine.

Try hiring one to work hourly. It's usually pretty cheap. They are all over Craigslist, or try a staffing firm like A+ Student Staffing. TABC certification is pretty standard to be a waiter/waitress at most restaurants, so it's a really common thing. If you just have beer and wine, they don't really have to know how to make drinks so that should make it even easier for you.

Yea I think an average bartender runs around 20-30 dollars an hour. We are paying $30/hour. But we have to because our venue makes us use theirs.

DJ is from Ultimate Sound. IT was a special discount, but I'm sure they would be willing to work with you.
