PSA: Chiavari Chair Event at Marquee

Just got an email from Marquee saying they're doing their Chiavari chair event July 12-24. Chairs are 50% of $4.50 each.

OOO Is it worth the money (150 ppl) I just dont know. They look so nice, but yet they are expensive?? EEEKK!

i think it just depends on your budget and if chairs are important to you. i can't remember what chairs i sat in at any wedding i've gone to, so i won't be getting them!

My mom was in town, so we went to look. I'm not a fan of the chairs in my venue. Even with the discount, the chivari chairs for my wedding ended up being over $700 with taxes and the delivery fee. That's 125 guests, a $120 delivery fee for Dripping Springs, and tax. We will be getting table toppers from there, but we'll be picking those up ourselves.

Those chairs at the venue are staring to look better and better! :-)

oh my. $700?? the chairs at my venue are ugly, but i'm like do i want to spend the money on prettier chairs? or better alcohol? or more food? yeah, the latter two win! but, if i had a bigger budget, i would probably want to get nicer chairs!

Exactly, Hildedee! I'd love to get them, but it's all about priorities. I'm just going to have to let this one go. I'm all about additional booze or a photo booth!
