Guest count including vendors

Should your guest count also include your vendors, for example, photographer, officiant, DJ and your wedding planner(s)? As a courtesy do you let your caterer know to keep a plate aside for them?

    I am including vendors in my guest count because I want them to be assured a full meal. This includes: my priest, my photographers (I have three of them... a lead and 2 others), etc.

    Some caterers prepare special plates for vendors and kids under a certain age for less $$ so I would ask them, but yes, they should be included in your overall guest count for the venue and caterer.
