engraving recommendations?

I've got a great wedding gift for my fiance, but would like to get it engraved for him. Any recos?

    You could always have it done by Things Remembered or take it to a local place like Art Hall Awards or Bat City. If it's a piece of jewelry I know that Clarksville uses a hand engraver for precious metals and another guy for non-precious metals - I had them engrave FI's ring for me.

    You might want to check with Joe about his business: www.1stchoiceengravers.com/" target="_blank">www.1stchoiceengravers.com I talked with him about engraving our wedding goblets and he was super nice and since he works out of his home (He has been doing this for many years.). He offers a better deal than Things Remembered (They charge a "bring in" fee, just to let you know.) and won't make you pay for it if you don't like it. HTH!
