Does anyone know the Vendors that will be at the Bridal Extravaganza in Austin,Tx? I'm from San Antonio,Tx and I'm trying to decide if the drive up there will be worth it.

I've already looked up the website, but I don't see a list anywhere :(

There are like 300 vendors there - you can see a few names of vendors under: http://austinweddings.com/bridalextravaganza/bridal-bucks-list.shtml and also: http://austinweddings.com/bridalextravaganza/grand-prizes.shtml

But there will be a lot more than those. When I went last Jan. I was able to visit with all but 3 or so of the 12-15 photogs I had on my list, as well as a lot of the videographers I was considering. I also decided on the photobooth I wanted to use since they were all there and I could compare them right then. I also got a % off my videography and the booth for signing up on their list at the show. I'd say if you have a few items you want to narrow down vendors for it's a really good idea to make the short drive here for it - that way you can narrow it down to 1 or 2 right then and won't have to drive up here multiple times to meet with potential vendors.

The bridal extravaganza website is not very helpful, except for vendors... which is a shame, because they should make it more bride-friendly :)

It's obviously unclear about what vendors will actually be there, but I have one thing to add to this question:

Can we only buy tickets online? Or can you get them at the door, too?

The website doesn't indicate that you can pay for entry when you show up. Just that it's $14 a pop and to buy online.

I am still unsure if I will make it, so it would be helpful to know if I could just buy the tickets when I get there... Any insight would be appreciated! :)

We bought tickets at the door when we went last year.

You will be able to buy your tix at the door but it takes a little longer to do it than if you buy and fill everything out online. Also you can typically find a $2 or $3 off coupon to use online - sorry I don't have one as I don't need to go this time. If you check around online you can probably find one though. Good luck!
